Cardio Boxing/Kick Boxing Class

 

We will be adding a new Cardio Fitness Boxing and Kick Boxing class! The classes will be Monday-Friday at 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM. The classes will begin on February 8.
The combination of intense cardio boxing and kick boxing and bodyweight conditioning will leave you sweating, pumped, and ready to take on the world. This cardio workout blends intense intervals, strength, and endurance training to give you that high-powered workout you can’t get enough of. Boxing classes are perfect fit for those looking for a physical challenge, while reaping the benefits of a high-intensity workout.  You will also be able to energize your body and mind. Whether you’re familiar with boxing or not, you’ll get the most out of your workout with our high-powered cardio fitness boxing classes. You’ll not only burn through calories at lightening speed, but you’ll improve your overall physical condition, increase cardiovascular performance, strength muscles, increase coordination, and learn real boxing combinations without sparing.
