Limited Space:
Class size will be limited to (16) participants to ensure direct focus is given to each student.

Uniform: Mouth guard, protective cup, comfortable/flexible clothing, and pistol.

Techniques:  

Introduction to the real-world application of defensive techniques during an attack at close distances. Concept development and incorporate drills to reinforce the concepts. Recognize/respond to an attack. Manage unknown contact and determine the appropriate time to deploy/use a weapon.
