MMA Class

Introduction to the essentials concepts of MMA

Our MMA class blends Muay Thai and kickboxing techniques taught from a practical MMA perspective: movement, balance, timing, distance, and clean fundamentals that make you feel athletic fast—while still being welcoming, social, and genuinely fun.

You don’t need to spar to learn real skills. The goal is great coaching, great energy, and training you’ll actually want to come back to.

What This MMA Class Actually Is
This isn’t “fitness kickboxing” where you just burn calories and go home.
It’s coached training where you learn:

  • Proper stance and movement (so you feel stable and athletic)
  • Clean punches, kicks, knees (and how to throw them safely)
  • Pad work + drills that build timing and coordination
  • MMA-style application: how to move, reset, and stay composed
  • You’ll leave sweaty, smiling, and more skilled than when you came in.

  • Learn real technique through pads + structured drills
  • Progress safely at your pace
