World Jiu-Jitsu Expo 2013

It was a great weekend up in Long Beach at the 2013 World Jui-Jitsu Expo. Between the booths, tournament, and the super fights it was a great weekend for Jui-Jitsu, and a quality experience. I’m happy to say Atos represented well this weekend with Michael Liera Jr competing in the Brown Belt Grand Prix and had a stellar perfomance going 6 wins for the day and only one loss. His awesome performance Saturday was followed by Pete O’neal winning the Gold in the blue belt, medium weight division. But I feel there was no better way to show what Atos Jui Jitsu is about, but by Keenan Cornelius finishing Saturday off right with his amazing arm lock for the submission. Sunday was Casey Hellenberg’s day taking 3rd in the Purple Belt Open Gi and winning the Purple Belt Open Class No Gi with all wins coming by submission.Overall it was a great weekend for Atos Jui Jitsu! It’s back to hard training again tomorrow and getting ready for next weeks tournament.
