Myself, Angelica, Sarah and Steffano arrived in Florida around midnight on Monday.
We flew to Florida with Bruno Munduruca, the owner of KINGZ Kimonos.
Right before we landed, we had some crazy turbulence for five or ten minutes.
Bruno wasn’t having a good time… He was freaking out and I couldn’t stop laughing 😅
Apart from that, the trip was perfect. Bruno and I talked about our plans for the future of our businesses.
KINGZ Kimonos is coming with some new things very soon – not just for KINGZ, but also for Atos.
Myself and Bruno like to combine forces and bring the best of the best to the Jiu-Jitsu community.
When we arrived, a car from AZ Car Rental was waiting for us (Quick side note: if you’ve ever in Florida and need a rental, talk to my friend Guilherme. He told me that if you mention my name, he’ll take 25% off the rental)
I spent most of yesterday relaxing with my wife. It’s very much a “calm before the storm” feeling.
We know we’re going to be running around, coaching our students and doing our best for everyone.
We’re hoping to see incredible results from Team Atos. I’ll be keeping you posted throughout the week, but you can also keep up to date by following our socials and watching the vlogs my team uploads on Atos BJJ On Demand.
Also, on Atos BJJ On Demand, we’ll be posting lots of content from the house our team is staying at.
There’s about twelve rooms in the house, and thirty of us staying here 😅
It’s an awesome house with a pool table and games room. The team is having lots of fun here, and I believe that the bond that we create here can definitely help us to achieve greatness.
There’s a great sense of unity, and we’re here to help each other.

My daughter Sarah and some of her friends (have you noticed their “Dream Team” patches?) are competing today.
I’m writing and scheduling this email in the morning before we head to the tournament – we’ll probably know the results by the time you receive this email, but I probably won’t have time to update it 😅
