Most Jiu-Jitsu students will agree…
The fastest way to improve your BJJ is to prepare for a competition.
It’s not just what you take from the competition itself (although you’re likely to learn a lot about yourself, your ability to handle pressure, and the effectiveness of your Jiu-Jitsu)…
It also helps bring focus to your training sessions.
After all, it’s SO important to set goals if you want to be successful – this relates to every aspect of your life!
That’s why I decided to run an in-house tournament here at Atos HQ next month (June 15th)…
To give my students the chance to test their skills under pressure, BUT while still being in a familiar environment.
In addition, all the proceeds will go to our fundraiser for Pan Kids 2024.
