Hey Guys!
We will have a new Schedule coming up with many more classes. We will have always two classes happening at the same time always. The New Schedule starts in the first week of November.
In the new schedule we will have new classes like: INTRO JIUJITSU/WHITE BELTS CLASS, FUNDAMENTALS CLASS, BEGINERS NO GI CLASS, ADVANCED NO GI, KIDS COMPETITION AND WRESTLING.
The INTRO JIUJITSU class is 1 hour class for white belt only follow by Prof Galvao white belts 6 months curriculum. Our white belts will be doing testing during the program to make sure they are learning the jiujitsu foundation and basics.
The Fundamentals Class is 1:30 hr class for color belts only and 3 stripes and above white belts with Prof Galvao’s Permission. In this class our students will be learning new techniques and drills doing specific training and sparrings increasing their sitiuational control from each position.
The Wrestling Classes will be taught by the 3 x All American Wrestler and our coach Freddy Leavy.
The Kids Competition will be taught by prof Galvao and Instructors preparing our Kids for the upcoming tournaments.
The Advanced Class is 1:30 hr Class thought by Prof Galvao and his black belts. During this class our students will be learning how to increase their jiujitsu to a higher level.
The BEGINNERS No Gi Class is 1 hr class for white and blue belts only.
The ADV No gi Class is 1:30 hrs class for color belts only and 3 stripes and above white belts with prof Galvao’s permission.
