Tonight, Friday January 17th, we drilled sweeps, passes, did rotational training, and for technique worked on the long step pass over reverse de la riva guard, taught by Keenan Cornelius. After rolling, the white belts were rewarded for going above and beyond during the winter food drive with delicious Bronx Pizza, a local favorite. Coach Fred stopped by, and we were reminded that he only has a few days left at Atos San Diego, before moving to the new Atos affiliate in Jacksonville, Florida.
