Professors Rafael Mendes, Guilherme Mendes, Andre Galvao and Angelica Galvao taught a free seminar here at Atos Jiu Jitsu HQ, bringing over 100 BJJ practitioners from different teams and cities together. With a combined 16 black belt world titles, the four shared great knowledge during the seminar, teaching world-class techniques from different passing positions. Many people also got the chance to roll with some of the professors during sparring time, where they could try their nearly learned techniques. Along with great Jiu Jitsu, there was also free food and drinks provided by M120 Meals and Purps. The seminar was a great experience, and we thank everyone who participated!
