Jonnatas Gracie 1st place purple belt won $1,000, David Fraser 2nd place won $300
Today March 25th we hosted the first Atos jiujitsu Open, an event organized by world champion and ATos HQ head coach Andre Galvao by Atos HQ in San Diego Ca. The event was a success, and had the presence of athletes, coaches and people from several cities. With electrifying bouts in the blue and purple belt, the contestants fought for the $ 1,000 dollars cash prize for 1st place and $ 300 for second place. Jonnatas Gracie was the champion Light Purple Belt category pocketing the one thousand dollar prize + 1 Kimono Maeda + Haleo Supplements. In the blue belt Johnatha Alves closed the category with the training partner Matheus Sousa winning $ 1,000 dollars + $300 for the 2nd place. The championship also raised non-perishable food that will be donated to a local charity. Congratulations to the athletes and the organization of the amazing initiative.
