Nisar Loynab has been training and teaching at Atos HQ for some time now. When he began his journey with Atos HQ, a little over 5 years ago, he was a purple belt. The first week he got to Atos he immediately started helping with the kids classes. He came to Atos because we have the strongest competition team and he wanted to be a part of that.
Now he is the main instructor for the kids 4-8 year olds class that meets Monday-Friday at 5pm. He does a fantastic job with the kids, and understands exactly how to teach them while still keeping things fun. Prof. Nisar has the perfect balance between a positive upbeat personality while maintaining the students focus, and the class running smoothly. He recently received his black belt from Professor Andre Galvao and is excited to enter the competition scene at the highest level.

What do you enjoy most about teaching?
“I enjoy all things jiu jitsu and teaching is just another way for me to do what I love.”
Why did you start training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?
“I was an awkward kid growing up and used to get into a lot of trouble. We were looking for something to fill up my free time and jiu jitsu was the first thing I tried and I loved it.”
Hidden fun fact?
“I don’t have any fun”

“Leg drag”
Activity you enjoy doing other then BJJ?
“I really enjoy cooking and trying new foods”
