The women’s program here at Atos HQ continues to steadily grow thanks to the leadership of black belt world champion Prof. Angelica Galvao. The women’s only class, led by Prof Angelica Galvao, meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:45pm. The strong bond between the ladies has created a positive and unique learning environment, making everyone feel welcome no matter how new they are.
