PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
The Basics Program was created to ensure that all new students will begin their jiu jitsu journey with a strong foundation. The curriculum focuses on introductory techniques from every position, as well as core concepts in jiu jitsu practice that will aid in the student’s development and progress.
**Once our white belts are awarded 3 stripes they are allowed to go into the Fundamentals Class, which is our more advanced class, or they can stay in the Basics Class.

PROGRAM GOALS:
- Introduce students to all positions and situations
- Build coordination and learn jiu jitsu movements
- Understand core concepts and ideas
- Inspire students to live the jiu jitsu lifestyle
CURRICULUM INCLUDES:
- Beginner jiu jitsu techniques
- Overview of all foundation positions and situations
- Mobility and agility drills

SCHEDULE:
The Basics class meets Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:15pm, and Monday-Thursday at 7:45pm. All the morning class are also available to new Jiu Jitsu practitioners, even if they have zero Jiu Jitsu experience.
