Here at Atos HQ we believe Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone no matter the age or skill level. Our Master’s Only Class focuses on sparring sessions only for students who are 30+ years old. We want to see our masters members more united in helping each other achieve great things on and off the mats.
The Master’s Class takes place every Thursday night from 7:45pm to 8:45pm and is taught by Prof. Bruno Machado.
