Atos HQ welcomed Felipe Pena – IBJJF and ADCC Absolute World Champion – on November 29th. Andre Galvao will be guiding him during his training camp in San Diego, CA for his next grappling challenge against Gordon Ryan on February 25th 2023 at WNO (Who’s Number One) event that will take place in Costa Mesa, CA – watch here.
“I’ve decided to train at Atos HQ to get out of my comfort zone. I have good training back home (Brazil) but is more like training with my students and running my own camp. I know what I need to become a better version of myself I have to have someone with great experience like Andre Galvao to push me, to make me work hard. That’s why I’m here! I want to win and I want to be 100% for this fight against Gordon.” – said Pena.

Felipe “Preguiça” Pena is a black belt under Marcelo Azevedo at Gracie Barra. Born in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Two-time IBJJF World Champion, ADCC Absolute Champion, and 2x IBJJF No-Gi World Champion.
