Lucas Pinheiro is leaving Atos HQ…
It’s something that makes me really sad. He’s one of the most humble, resilient, hard-working athletes I’ve had the pleasure of training with and teaching.
Lucas came from a pretty poor place in Brazil, Manaus.
He’s lived a crazy life, I really want to do a podcast with him some day just to share his incredible story!
Lucas joined HQ with the goal of becoming a World Champion (which he did this year, in 2023!)
He even moved his family from Texas to California during the pandemic to train with me and my team.
He’s lived a crazy life, but is proof that if you really chase your dreams, anything can happen!
I really wish Lucas nothing but the best in his new adventure. I can’t wait to see how he grows and develops over the next few years.
