I’d encourage all coaches to do the same – to look at their gym from a long-term perspective, rather than just a short term.

I really believe that we’re seeing the results of all those hours spent on the mats. At Worlds, there were so many incredible performances across all our age, weight and belt categories.
Next Monday, our Kids Summer Camp at Atos HQ begins.

We’ll be teaching all the participating kids important skills to set them up for future success.
The Summer Camp is designed for children of all levels. Whether they’re just beginning their Jiu-Jitsu journeys, or whether they want to sharpen their competition skills… We’ve got them covered.
Your kids will have the opportunity to learn Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense from our World-Class coaches. Throughout the camp, we’ll be working on self-defense techniques, takedowns from wrestling and judo, and modern grappling techniques.
Training starts every day at 9 am, and will finish by three (There will be an additional twenty dollar/day fee for early drop off at 8am.)
There are very limited spaces left for the camp.
