With the 2025 IBJJF European Championship just around the corner (starting in about two weeks…)
We’re working hard with our athletes to make sure those competing are ready to bring their A-game 💪🏽
In my opinion, there are three ways to measure someone’s overall health:
By looking at their physical health, their mental health and their spiritual health.
To be physically strong, you first need to prepare your mind and your spirit for hard training sessions…
Because if you don’t have a strong mindset, it’s hard to turn up every day for training.
Also, without the right mindset, it’s tough to follow your diet or make sure you’re getting enough sleep every night.
It takes a lot of discipline to take care of yourself.
But when you start to push past these challenges, you start to become physically strong.
Today I want to encourage you to think about the mental and spiritual challenges that might be stopping you from achieving your physical goals.
These aspects of your life might be what’s holding you back from crushing your physical (fitness) goals…
