All three of these new classes will be held on the new mat space in the building next door. The new basics classes are meant for 2 striped white belts and below. If you have less than 2 stripes you are to only attend this class when you train at night, and if you have 2 stripes we encourage you to attend this new basics class at least 2x per week. We understand that Jiu-Jitsu can be overwhelming in the beginning, so we have created these two new classes to help simplify the basics for our new students.
For the 4:00 pm class we will offer FREE training for the parents that have kids training with us, BUT WE WILL NOT PROVIDE THE UNIFORM.
